My Gourmet Tours in Bordeaux

How long have My Gourmet Tours been doing food and wine tours?

My Gourmet Tours Bordeaux was launched in 2017 by Agnès Audi. More than 500 people have already experienced our food and wine tours. They are all very enthusiastic whether they come as a couple, with friends or during seminar activities.

You can find all the positive feedback they put online on TripAdvisor.

What distinguishes My Gourmet Tours from others Tours?

Agnès, the founder of My Gourmet Tours? is a local native. She was born in a farm. She wants only good-quality wine and food on her table and wants the same for you.

We are very attentive to the quality of the food and wine you taste. We want to make you feel at home as an invited guest and not as a tourist. All the artisans we visit are well-known for the quality of their products and they take time to speak with you and answer your question.

My Gourmet Tours is a luxury food and wine tour with very nice gourmet products made by our best artisans. Each tour is carefully designed to immerse you in the local history and culture. And by the way, a very well-known French Chef who has a restaurant in Bordeaux supported Agnès, the Founder of My Gourmet Tours in designing our gourmet tours!

This Bordeaux Gourmet tour is a unique experience to discover the best of Bordeaux and French gastronomy in Intimate groups as the maximum number of guests is of 10.

What the difference between group tours or private tours?

We offer both private and small group tours.

Our group tours are scheduled on fixed departure dates where you will be joining a group. The content and the price are fixed and detailed on our website.

Our private tours are tailored for you for a minimum of 2 guests. Let us know your requirements in terms of the type of tour you want, how long, when and how many people you are, we’ll send you a proposal.

Do you run the tour if it rains?

Yes, we tour rain and shine. Please take an umbrella in case of rain. We also give you a bottle of water.

Do we need to book a lunch or dinner after the tour?

The tour is designed as a lunch but it is about tasting. However, the amount of food sampled on the tours is significant enough that many people delay or skip lunch or dinner depending on the tour time.

Should I eat anything before the tour?

The amount of food sampled on the tours is significant enough that we recommend that you eat a light meal before joining us for the tours if you want to enjoy the moment.

What is included in the price?

The price includes all the food and wine’s tastings, a bottle of water and knowledgeable and experimented guides.

The additional requirements for food and wines, the private purchase, the transport to the meeting point and the tips are not included.

Are the tours wheelchair and baby stroller accessible?

Restaurants and artisans’ shops are often cozy and may ask you to leave your stroller outside. There are several flights of stairs on the route and steps some of our tasting locations. You are the best judge of your abilities to push or assist over any obstacles. Our guides are unable to assist you in gaining access to a location that may not be accessible due to structural infeasibility.

Can kids go on your gourmet tours?

Absolutely! Though the tour last 3 to 31/2 hours that could be a long time for kids. We recommend to come with kids old enough to appreciate food and tastings. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available for them. Every kid who makes the tastings pay the regular price for the tour.

We can accommodate most allergies and dietary restrictions. Please do let us know in advanced though so that we can adapt or tailor menus to meet your needs. Please inform us when you book the tour and remind the guide of it before the tour starts.
